Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the RiMi mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

RiMi is a digital loyalty stamp collecting application that allows customers to collect stamps and redeem rewards, and enables restaurant owners to create and manage loyalty card programs.

User Accounts

Restaurant Owners

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Customers

Customers may use the App without creating an account. Your use of the App is tracked through an anonymous user identifier.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity

Loyalty Cards and Stamps

• Stamps and rewards are managed by individual restaurant owners
• RiMi is not responsible for the validity or redemption of stamps or rewards
• Restaurant owners are solely responsible for honoring their loyalty card programs
• RiMi does not guarantee the availability or continuation of any loyalty card program

Intellectual Property

The RiMi app, including its design, features, and functionality, is the property of RiMi and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

RiMi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, stamps, or rewards.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason.
